National Office
The AORE National Office is managed by the Wilderness Management Group, LLC comprised of Jeannette Stawski and Justin Ham.

Jeannette Stawski is a Leave No Trace Master Educator, a National Outdoor Leadership School Instructor, a Wilderness Medical Training Center Wilderness Medicine Instructor, and an Emergency Medical Technician. Jeannette is entering her 10th year as the Director of Outdoor Adventures at the University of Michigan. Prior to working for the U of M and Jeannette worked for 5 summers as a professional outdoor guide. She has mentored over 500 participants while leading multiple extended programs. She has spent over 250 days in the backcountry in Tennessee, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Washington, New Zealand, and Alaska. She also worked for three summers as a professional whitewater guide with over 1,600 river miles on class I-IV Rivers.
Justin Ham brings a comprehensive business and environmental background to the AORE National Office. With a degree in geology from the University of Michigan his past professional endeavors include involvement in oil and natural gas exploration and regulation in northern Michigan and the Gulf of Mexico as well as environmental consulting. Justin currently is a real estate broker in Michigan and is a partner in a successful local real estate company.
