AORE 2009 is proud to announce that the Radisson University Hotel will be main site for lodging at the conference. The Radisson is a perfect location for AORE 2009, as it is within walking distance of the conference site (Coffman Memorial Union) and many local restaurants and social venues. Don't wait! Parking

There are several options available for parking during the conference listed below:

TUESDAY - FRIDAY PARKING

If staying at the Radisson Hotel, parking is $9.50 per day. Parking tags will be distributed upon check in, so please do not park in the lot prior to checking in.
East River Road Garage provides short-term parking for Coffman Memorial Union and the East Bank campus. With an attached entrance to the south side of the building, the East River Road Garage is easily accessible from Delaware Street. Rate ranges from $3.00-$12.00 depending on time.
Lot 33, Lot 37, or Maroon Lot next to the TCF Football Stadium is the cheapest option. Rate all day is $3.75 (The free Campus Connector shuttle-bus can give you a ride to Coffman Union, or it is a 15 minute walk) No over-night parking.

SATURDAY (FOOTBALL GAMEDAY) PARKING

Note: The University of Minnesota Gophers will be hosting the University of Illinois on Saturday, November 7. Parking will be very limited due to the game. Please see the Saturday parking options available below:

If staying at the Radisson Hotel, parking remains at $9.50 per day. Parking tags will be distributed upon check in, so please do not park in the lot prior to checking in.
Parking is available on the West Bank as well. Near the Carlson School of Management in the 19th Avenue Ramp or 21st Avenue Ramp. Rate all day is $10.00 (You may only enter once). It is about a 15 minute walk to Coffman Memorial Union or 20 minutes to the Radisson Hotel. Overnight parking is not available.

Travel

Upon arriving into the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, there are several options for conference attendees listed below:

Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

Taxi - Approximately $35
Super Shuttle - $16 one way/$30 round trip (per person). This shuttle makes stops at other hotels in addition to the Radisson. For more information visit www.supershuttle.com.
Light Rail/Bus Line - $2.25 (rush hour)/$1.75 (general fare). The light rail will drop attendees off at the Metrodome Station in Downtown Minneapolis. The Radisson will pick up attendees at the station free of charge if staying at their hotel. Please call 612-379-8888 for the Radisson Shuttle. Metro Transit Bus Lines from the Metrodome Station also run frequently to the University of Minnesota and drop off in front of the Radisson Hotel.
