2011 Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors
Exhibiting at AORE 2011 | San Antonio, TX
AORE 2011 will bring together 450-550 outdoor recreation and education professionals for a series of high caliber pre-conference training sessions and a multitude of core conference presentations. Educational sessions will include technical water and land-based skills, wilderness medicine, land use best practices, regulatory land use policy, contemporary legal issues in recreation, business administration, and student development.
Exhibitors choosing to attend AORE 2011 are required to be current members of AORE. The annual fee for an AORE Exhibitor Membership is $450. All conference Exhibitor Booth fees listed do not include the annual membership fee. If your company is not a current member the annual membership fee can be paid for when you register for a conference booth. The Exhibitor Booth fee includes: a 10’ x 10’ booth space and access to all meals and conference functions for one company representative. Additional representative can be registered for an additional fee.

Affordable Room Rates:
• Room rates are offered at a discount for all conference attendees staying at the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk conference center and hotel.
Parking and Transportation:
• There are a variety of transportation options from the airport: taxi, shuttle or bus. The airport is only 8 miles from the conference location.
• Discounted parking at a rate of $12/day.
Shipping and A/V:
• The Crowne Plaza Riverwalk will accept shipments up to 3 days prior to the start of the conference, and has a friendly on-site staff to assist with any A/V needs.

Transportation, restaurants and attractions are all conveniently located within walking distance via street level or the River Walk.
